• Box of Phyllo pastry
  • 2 cups unsalted butter; melted
  • 1 lb mixed chopped walnuts & almonds
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 cup toasted breadcrumbs

Cooking instructions

  • Beat the oil and the sugar very well until it is light and fluffy. Gradually add the water alternating it with the other ingredients ending with the farina. Cook at 180 (350 or gas 4) For about 45 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean. When it’s cold, sift icing sugar onto it.
